In the event of a crisis everyone is going to want answers.
Are you prepared?

And when that crisis happens, you will quickly find out what it means
to "Feed the Beast" when the media descends upon you.

They say it takes a lifetime to build a reputation and only a few seconds to destroy one.  In a split second you could find yourself in a position
where you need to know how to handle the media or be a public spokesperson.

In the morning's Session #1, you will receive
practical instruction about how to manage the media.
Seminar #1 will also give leaders the tools to navigate the harsh realities of speaking to the public, media, partners and stakeholders during an intense public-safety emergency (e.g. mass casualty, pandemic flu, terrorism and other extreme situations
involving threats to life and limb).

In the afternoon's Session #2, you'll receive instruction on the use of
social media during crisis situations.

Sorry, box lunches are no longer available for this seminar.

NOTE:  We are no longer accepting online registrations.
We DO have room for more, so walk-in registrations are encouraged.
